Privacy policy
Data we process
To create a Style Passport we process photos and preferences you provide, account data, generation history and billing status. Photos are private and are never sent to analytics or error monitoring.
Retention
Photos selected for your Style Profile remain until you delete them. Other source photos are retained for no more than 30 days. Free history is kept for 30 days; Pro history remains until deleted.
Your controls
You can download your account data, remove content or delete your whole account. Account deletion removes photos, profiles and generated results stored by LookRef.
AI providers
A photo is sent to the configured AI provider only when you request analysis or generation and remains subject to that provider's service and privacy terms.
